IBADAN: PG School Fees Schedule Released

Postgraduate student portal of the University of Ibadan is officially open for freshly admited PG students for 2016/17 session to login and view their school fees.
After login in to the UI postgraduate portal, click on generate invoice. Next, click on skye bank and then 2013/14. In the space provided, paste the invoice number to generate your school fees/tuition Make sure you have been cleared before doing these.
After payment of tuition, you will have access to the course registration, medical clearance and accomodation registration.
Note that the 2017/18 U.I PG forms should go on sale around May.

IBADAN: MASTERS PROGRAMME IN SUSTAINABLE DEV. PRACTICE

The Postgraduate School, University of Ibadan is seeking suitable and qualified candidates for her academic Master programme in sustainable development. Areas of specialization are in Economic, Social or Environmental sustainability.

Admission requirements are the same for typical UI postgraduate programme. Candidates must write and pass a proficiency test in English.

Quality of masters and PhD thesesMANY Nigerians were shocked when the Central Coordinating Committee (CCC), an arm of the National Book Development Fund (NBDF) established by the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND), last year revealed that out of a total of 150 doctorate (PhD) theses in various disciplines, obtained from several universities and scrutinized to determine which ones were suitable for conversion to textbooks, only 11 passed the tests.
